Please try to arrive by 6:15
Silent Meditation starting at 6:30 for 30 minutes
Audio Program begins shortly thereafter and
lasts about 60 minutes

Afterward, anyone who would like to stay and talk,
or just listen, is welcome.   
There is no leader for the discussions - it's an informal
sharing of questions and views.

As always, you are welcome to join us
for either or both parts.

People can get up and make tea as they wish
during the audio program.
The program will be 45-60 minutes long.

If you arrive late for either event, please just come in
and take a seat quietly.
